State expert on problem issues of the international security of the National Institute of International Security Problems at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (global security department) 2003-2008. Author of several articles on problem issues on international security. Expert in the field of public election law, performed several contracts for USAID and OSCE. Author of dozens of guides for professional lawyers,  members of territorial election commissions, members of district election commissions, and official observers.
